Returns & Exchanges

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping. Photos may be required to assist with the verification process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes personalized or custom-made products, intimate apparel (if the seal is broken), and products marked as final sale. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are also the responsibility of the customer.
